Day to day itinerary

Day 1

• Your journey begins with your arrival at the O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg.
• From here, you will be met by our representative and will be transferred to Sun City.

Spend your first day in Sun City settling in at your luxurious room in The Palace hotel and prepare for an adventure that lies ahead.

Days 2-3

Explore the hidden secrets of the “Lost City” during the next two days of your stay in the region. Enjoy an endless list of activities that Sun City has to offers. Choose from an exciting game of golf at two of the world-famous golf course designed by Gary Player himself, or head out to the Valley of Waves – a human-made beach and water park.

Add some for fun to your trip by taking advantage of the following activities:

• Enjoy sports such as mountain biking, horse riding, water skiing, and parasailing.
• Game drives, guided walks, hot-air balloon flights and elephant-back safaris at the Pilanesberg National Park.

Day 4

Next, you head to the Madikwe Private Game Reserve.

• Enjoy a warm breakfast at the hotel, and head-off to the Madikwe Safari Lodge located within the Madikwe Private Game Reserve. Un-pack and freshen up at the lodge before going out on your first game drive in the region.

Days 5-6

Spend the next two days exploring the African wilderness during your time at the Madikwe Private Game Reserve. Spot the Big Five, along with other African classics as you experience thrilling morning and late afternoon/early evening game drives led under the supervision of our professional guides.

Relax at your cozy lodge, unwind by the pool, enjoy scrumptious meals served at a communal dining area and have your children taken part in activities designed specially to teach them about Madikwe.

Day 7

Prepare to head back home as you enjoy a final breakfast and head to the O.R. Tambo International Airport to catch your flight back home.
