Day to day itinerary
Day 1
Arrive in Botswana
Once you arrive at Maun Airport, we will take you for you to catch your chartered flight to Kings Pool Camp, where your magnificent tented camp awaits you. Located just outside Chobe National Park, it is an ideal spot to explore the Chobe’s Savute Channel region and go on exhilarating, spotlit night drives.
Day 2
Explore the Savute
Get ready for a day packed with a guided walking safari and an amazing game viewing of the Big 5. Keep checking out the various variety of stunning and exclusive species of birds. When you return to camp, you can end your day by taking a dip in the pool or relaxing by the pool.
Days 3-4
Search for red lechwe in Moremi
Your next stop will be a short flight to a private camp on Chief’s Island in the Moremi Game Reserve. We have arranged your stay at Mombo Camp where you’ll spend the next two days on one of Botswana’s greatest safari lodges. Spend wonderful two days exploring the region and its abundant wildlife and return to camp for scrumptious meals.
Days 5-6
Explore more of the Moremi
Your last stop will be your flight to Vumbura Plains Camp near Moremi Game Reserve. You will have the choice of land and water-based activities at Vumbura. You’ll have the opportunity for day and night game drives, as well as you can go on walking safaris and bird watching.
Day 7
End your tour in Johannesburg
You’ll be taken back to your camp’s airstrip for your scheduled flight to Maun where you’ll board a flight back to Johannesburg.
