Day to day itinerary

Day 1- Day 4

  1. Arrive in bedazzling Blantyre where you will find our representative waiting for you at the Chileka International Airport
  2. He will get you transferred to the Mvuu Camp in Liwonde National Park which is a three-hour picturesque drive and a thrilling thirty-minute boat journey
  • Set on the beautiful banks of the calm River Shire the Mvuu Camp offers you the most amazing views of the surrounding and also provides easy access to the gamut of wildlife residing here
  1. The hauntingly beautiful Liwonde National Park sporting vast languid Floodplains and the lush riverine forests have a rich wildlife waiting to be explored
  2. Cruising the river amongst the crocodiles is something which you are going to remember for a lifetime
  3. Day and night boat trips and safari expeditions will leave you enthralled and craving for more
  • The rock swimming pool at the camp offers an authentic wildlife expense with its private verandah providing the privacy to enjoy the beautiful sunset
  • To provide an even more out of the world experience the dinner daily is served under the stars in the traditional boma along the banks of the river

 

Day 5- Day 8

  1. After you have had a delicious early breakfast, you will be transferred Lilongwe’s Kamuzu International Airport
  2. Here you are going to catch your next flight to the stunning Likoma Island situated in glittering Lake Malawi
  • Meet with our representative waiting for you at the airport who will get you transferred to Kaya Mawa via a short ten-minute drive
  1. In the local Chinyanja dialect, Kaya Mawa means ‘maybe ‘
  2. The beautiful yet intricate stone lodge is going to be your home for the next few days
  3. The main bar and the restaurant are open for service twenty-four seven providing you the perfect wine and dine option
  • Soak up the sun on the gorgeous powder white sands as the cobalt blue ocean licks up your toes
  • From windsurfing to waterskiing, the adventure sports to choose from are unlimited
  1. There are approximately three hundred species of brightly colored African cichlids residing here
