Day to day itinerary

Days 1-4

• Your journey begins with your arrival at the O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg; where you collect your desired rental vehicle.
• Head to the Jaci’s Safari Lodge set on a three-hour drive.

Enjoy your stay at the family-friendly lodge set in the heart of the Madikwe Private Game Reserve, home to the famous Big Five and situated on the edge of the beautiful Marico River. Soak in uninterrupted views of Africa’s greatest landscapes, and spend your time relaxing at the pool as you enjoy a refreshing drink and look at the flowing river below.

Spend your time in the region going on thrilling game drives for the entire family, and special jungle-drives customized for young children looking to explore Africa’s wilderness. Return to your lodge each day to enjoy a romantic dinner with your sweetheart while the children enjoy a separate dinner featuring some their favorite dishes such as hot dogs and hamburgers.

Days 5-9

Completing your safari adventure in Madikwe, you head back to the O.R. Tambo International Airport to board your flight to Mauritius. Upon your arrival in Mauritius, you shall be met by our representative and will be transferred to the luxurious Belle Mare Plage, your home for the next few days.

Take advantage of the many amenities being offered to you and your family during your stay at the Belle Mare Plage. Enjoy babysitting services so that you can spend your me-time alone to pamper yourself, and have delicious meals. Relax by the poolside, ride a boat cruise or head to the spa and health center for a rejuvenating treatment.

Spend your time on the paradise island of Mauritius as you and your family spend time on the pearly beaches and enjoy fun-filled activities. There is something for everyone in your family. You can participate in various exciting water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, and scuba diving or head to the 18-hole golf course for a friendly game of golf.

Day 10

Prepare to head home as you enjoy a final breakfast and make your way to the airport to board your flight back home.
