Begin your adventure from Jock Safari Lodge in the renowned Kruger National Park for big game during game drives and safari walks. Then move to the tropical paradise of Azura on Benguerra Island for six nights, where you unwind, explore and indulge in your surroundings that you will surely not forget.

Day to day itinerary

Day 1

Into the wilderness

Once you have landed at the airport, we will meet you and transfer you to your charter flight to Kruger National Park. When you get there, your assigned guide will take you on a game drive to Jock Safari Lodge.

Your stay will be arranged at Fitzpatrick’s Lodge for the coming days. After you have settled in, your guide will take you for your afternoon game drive where you will witness resident lion prides. After watching the mesmerizing sunset soaking in the gorgeous sceneries, you will return to the lodge after a thrilling night drive; on which you will witness the nocturnal animals in their habitat.

Days 2-4

The rhythm of Africa

When you wake up, you will be excited about what this morning’s game drive will bring you. Your experienced guide will be taking you to sightsee the arrogant herd of lions. Encounter the Big 5 in their natural habitat while also admiring the rich birdlife the region is famous for.

Start your days by treating yourself to a splendid breakfast; go out for guided bush walks until the day sets in. Spend your evenings around the fire, staring at the stars drinking your favorite wine before going to sleep.

Day 5

Changing gear

Once you come back from your final morning game drive, you will leave to catch your flight back to Johannesburg where we will have you transferred to the nearby City Lodge Hotel for your one night stay. From where you will head off to Vilanculos.

Day 6

Island Bliss

Catch your flight to Vilanculos where you will be taken to your helicopter for a short flight to Azura on Benguerra Island. Once you land, you will be devoured by the beauty and tranquility of your surroundings. You will be settled in one of the 16 romantic villas, each having its own secluded and exquisite area of the reserved ocean paradise.

Days 7-11

Time in the Tropics

Spend your precious time on your paradise island in any way you choose. Go for spa treatments, yoga meditations or enjoy a swim in your private pool. Go on long, idyllic walks and explore the island, as you please.

If you are feeling adventurous and exhilarated, go for diving and game fishing. Other activities offered here are kayaking, sailing, and snorkeling. An experienced guide will also be there to take you on the drive and help you sightsee the island’s unseen animals and birds.

Day 12

Homeward Bound

After you have eaten your final breakfast here, your helicopter will be ready to take you to the mainland where you will board your flight back home.
