Overview

This fourteen-day tour begins in Namibia’s capital where you then board a flight connecting to the tiny Kulala Camp within the Kulala Wilderness Reserve. Enjoy a 4x4drive through the desert and visit the rolling sand-dunes of the Namib Naukluft National Park.

The next destination is the majestic Damaraland Camp in the heart of Torra Conservancy where you will have the chance to view desert-adapted elephants roaming along with antelopes, lions, and black rhinos. Moving towards the extreme north west of the country where tourists will stay over in the remote Serra Caferna Camp. The next stop will be at Vumbura Plains nestled amongst the lush greenery.

Day to day itinerary

Day 1- Day 2

1. Fly over from Windhoek to Little Kulala Camp located in the private Kulala Wilderness Reserve.
2. Enjoy a delicious breakfast

• Start with the journey on a 4×4 drive along the desert

1. Visit the Naukiutt National Park with its rolling sand-dunes
2. Visit the Sesriem Canyon
3. Go on a quad bike excursion and hot balloon ride

Day 3- Day 4

1. Fly off to the Kulala Wilderness Reserve
2. Enjoy a guided nature and a game drive in the most beautiful garden across Namibia

• Set off on a mountain bike excursion

1. Visit the famous World Heritage Site of Twyfelfontein
2. Trek to the Petrified Forest to travel back to the prehistoric era

Day 5- Day 6

1. Fly off to the Marienfluss Conservancy to your accommodation at the Serra Cafema Camp
2. Explore the beautiful surroundings where you can encounter wild animals such as Cape Fox, long-billed larks, and horned adders

• Visit the Himba community for a chance to view their regal architecture

Day 7

1. Fly off to Windhoek to Johannesburg and into your final destination: South Africa
2. Spend the night in the comfy Athol Palace

• Relax by the swimming pool

1. Visit the world famous spa and gym
2. Enjoy a scrumptious dinner before going to sleep

Day 8- Day 9

1. Board a flight to Maun
2. Enjoy a proficiently guided 4×4 game drive leaving at both dawn and dusk

• Go on a scenic river cruise, perfect for newlyweds

Day 10- Day 11

1. Board a plane heading off to Vumbura Plain
2. Have fun birdwatching during which you will be able to view numerous species such as wattled cranes, slaty egrets, and fishing owls to name a few

• Take a motorboat tour of the floodplains

Day 12- Day 13

1. Fly off to Abu Camp
2. Begin with a delicious breakfast as you watch elephants get fed

• Explore Botswana’s wildlife on a 4×4 safari ride
