Overview
The Vumbura Plains is located within the northern Okavango Delta, at the border of the Moremi Game Reserve. It is an exotic safari camp shaded by a forest of trees. It overlooks the green Delta lands and provides a very romantic experience. There are two camps set up, both with seven room accommodation.
Guests can enjoy land and water based activities within this private safari. The North Camp prefers families while the South Camp is an ideal location for honeymoon couples. It is a generous place for birdwatchers and wildlife lovers alike.
Game drives are offered in 4X4 Vehicles and the camp holds two motorboats for water excursions. The resort also holds expertise in nature walks. You can also avail the fishing adventure here. The camp makes sure that your vacation is a magnificent and luxurious one, involving a lot of wilderness activities.

The camp’s public areas hold an extraordinary views of the plains, while the main camp area is multicultural with an open side common area. The interior holds a dining, a bar and comfortable seating.
Dinners are popular out on the deck with a bonfire and the camp also features a pool for you to enjoy. The camp offers two game drives in a day and takes you on walking safaris and guided boating excursions.
You can also avail services of their beauty and wellness therapist. Children are provided with their own special safari experience and are taught small camping and survival techniques.

Dining
The camp offer meals to all guests. Breakfasts are served in a buffet style prior to the morning safari and you can enjoy brunch when you return.
Sweet and salty snacks with tea are provided in the afternoon and dinner is served centrally either out on the deck under the stars or in the common area.
Dinners are three coursed and are usually accompanied by wines. If you are on a honeymoon, you can also request a bush dinner for additional experience.

North Standard Tents
With stone walls and a straw roof, the North Standard tents are sober and comfortable with windows on three sides. Each tent holds within itself a bedroom, lounge which expands out to the deck. The deck can also be used as an outdoor dining area or lounge. The deck also holds a pool and hot outdoor shower that overlooks the remarkable plains.
