St James Manor is a regal beach retreat located along the harbor-side of Kalk Bay. The manor house has its own tanning deck and a swimming pool. The guests can also go to St James beach to enjoy the warm waters which is found at a walking distance.

Guests can take an expedition to explore Simons Town and Fish Hoek or Boulders Beach to play with the penguins. A lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and antique stores are at a walking distance from St James Manor.
