Overview

The Rekero Camp is best for viewing the ultimate drama of zebras and wildebeests, as this camp provides a good base for watching the migration across the Talek River having crocodiles in it.  The camp has wildebeests all around it. Rekero camp doesn’t operate from March till May, as Kenya follows heavy rainfall during this trimester. While you stay in the Rekero Camp, you will witness wild species of lions, cheetahs, rhinos, hippos, leopards and elephants.

The camp offers exciting 4×4 drives of full-day safaris, picnics, cultural tours, bird watching and hot air ballooning to the guests. The tent at Rekero Camp has free WIFI access and an amazing gift shop is a plus at the camp where you can buy exclusive Masai souvenirs for your beloveds.

At the Rekero Camp, guests enjoy wholesome cuisines specially prepared from the local ingredients. You enjoy your meals with other guests in a communal dining area, however, if you seek privacy, the staff can arrange a private setting for your food on request. Breakfasts are ideally enjoyed in the bush or in picnic style.

Rooms

Rooms at the Rekero Camp are large and spacious, exclusively equipped with twin beds to ensure a comfortable sleep. Each room has en-suite bathrooms with flush toilets. To provide the guests light and electricity, the camp uses solar energy.
