The location of Ongava Lodge up on a hill with greenery all around, provides a glorious and outstanding view of the landscape. The lodge overlooks the grasslands and the waterholes, which can be seen through the wide windows form the dining room and the main lounge.
Head outside to the pool area where you will be welcomed for a dip in the cool sparkling waters, or venture to the safari shop where you can find a vast range of African-inspired souvenirs to take back home with you as a keepsake and memory of your magnificent safari adventure.

The day starts with a grand breakfast with a large spread of local and international dishes, before the guests head out on their morning game drives. Guest can also have a basket packed to have a picnic in the bush.
Ongava Lodge serves a scrumptious and delectable lunch with a variety of local and continental cuisines.
Guests are free to have either an intimate and private dinner out on the deck or in the lodge’s dining room.

Ongava Lodge provides accommodations in 14 rooms constructed from thatch and bricks. Every room has its en-suite bathroom furnished with hand basins, a flush toilet and shower. Every room has a door that opens up to a private veranda.
The rooms have fitted ceiling fans and air conditioning so that guests who specifically visit during the months from October to March, can escape the heat and be completely relaxed on their trip.
Family Unit
Ongava Lodge offers a fully furnished and spacious family suites to cater to the accommodations of those guests traveling with their families.
The Family Suite’s interiors consist of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The suites can easily hold lodgings for two adults with two kids.
