Jongomero Camp is located within the Ruaha National Park. The camp is located at the Sand riverbank and offers extensive game drives during peak seasons. The camp has incredible wildlife-rich lands around itself, which have not been explored by a mainstream audience. The camp provides a private safari experience ideal for couples and families. The main activities here are exploring the forests and jungles on game drives twice a day; where you can explore, animals, birds, river life and vegetation of the area.

The camp is equipped and blessed with a natural swimming pool at the river, where animals can be spotted at the river in a very close proximity. The camp also equips itself with an incredible bar that opens up to the serene views of the Sands River and provides remarkable sights of the forest. More often than not, animals moving about grazing or taking a sip from the river is a sight worth watching.

Dining
The camp has a separate dining tent which offers meals in a buffet style. Cuisines include East African delights as well as international foods. Dinners are best served outdoors along with a campfire to be able to enjoy the classical safari feel under the sky that looks like a bed of stars in this beautiful wilderness.

Luxury Tent
The Luxury tents include comfortable bedding and service, and overlook the tremendous wilderness at the Sand River edges. They are constructed on wooden platforms to enhance the experience and have their private verandahs. Since there is only eight of these tents, lavish and intimate services can be expected.
