Studio Suite: The Grande Roche offer 4 Studio suites. These suites that were once home to coaches and carriages of the estate has been carefully converted into luxurious accommodations. Each suite features a lounge, a bedroom and a semi-private garden that promises breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.

Terrace Suite: The Grande Roche offer 18 Terrace suites. These suites offer maximum privacy and feature a bedroom, a private lounge, and a private outdoor terrace with picturesque views of the region.

Garden Suite: Indulge in luxury and experience a very private stay at the Grande Roche’s Garden Suite. The suite features a king-sized bed, bathroom with double showers and a Jacuzzi, a private terrace and an exclusive closed-off patio.

Other Room Types

The old slave quarters on the estate have been transformed into 5 beautiful Duplex Suites named in the true essence of their historical past : Java, Jasmijn, Batavia, Malabaar and Koljanner.

Each suite features a spacious lounge and is spacious enough to accommodate an additional single bed for families. The upstairs bedroom offers a twin or king bed with lovely views over the gardens.

There are 4 Studio Suites which were once the coach and carriage houses of the historic estate. They now consist of a lounge and bedroom with a semi-private garden terrace with breathtaking views of the Drakenstein Mountains in the distance. One of these rooms is also wheelchair accessible.

For something ultra-luxurious and private, the Garden Suite is totally private. The suite, which was originally the stable, features a lounge, a bedroom with king-sized bed, a bathroom with a double shower and Jacuzzi, and both a private sun terrace and separate closed-off patio.
