Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is located on a lush peninsula on the southwest coast of Mahe in the Republic of Seychelles. Overlooking paradise from the top of the ridge, the Spa is a haven of peaceful rejuvenation. Spread over five separate pavilions and offering no less than seven signature rituals, the Spa has incorporated Yi King, an ancient Chinese healing system, into its pampering wellness and beauty treatments.

Spoil your teenager with therapies designed especially for them, with the added benefit of teaching good skincare and useful techniques for relaxation. Little ones are also in for a treat with hair, hand and foot massages, and the delightful Sleep Time Massage, a gentle technique to promote restful sleep.

Adjacent to the spa, the yoga pavilion offers complimentary yoga classes as well as private sessions for individuals and small groups. The range of complimentary classes is quite superb and includes morning and evening Hatha classes, Back Care Yoga, Vedic Yoga to stretch and tone the whole body, and Yogic Sleep to enhance deep relaxation. The Resort’s resident Yogi ensures that the classes suit all levels of participants.

The Resort’s library is well stocked with books, CDs and DVDs, and offers Internet access via a bank of PC workstations. Take your book to the comfortable chaises lounges at the magnificent rim-flow pool or down to the beach. Maintain your fitness regime or start a healthy new habit in the care of certified trainers at the Fitness Centre, which provides state-of-the-art equipment along with studio classes and weight training.

The complimentary Kids for All Seasons programme is dedicated to ensuring that your children enjoy the Resort’s expansive tropical playground through supervised experiences and educational adventures. The team strives to create wonderful memories daily from 09h00 to 21h00 for 4- to 12-year-olds.

Dining

The Resort offers two dining venues, each with a lounge and restaurant, and has turned in-villa dining into an art form. Available 24-hours, the in-villa service provides an international menu and caters for special dietary requirements, picnic hampers and romantic private dinners.

Located in the main lobby with views over the lush tropical gardens, ZEZ restaurant has both indoor and open-air seating. Its delectable breakfast buffet offers both full continental and American dishes along with daily specialities from around the world. The dinner menu features contemporary interpretations of international cuisine and fresh seafood. Dress is smart casual and a children’s menu is available.

ZEZ lounge is open in the evenings for pre-dinner cocktails and excellent sushi. The lounge is an elegant, convivial spot for sundowners with a good selection of cigars to accompany after-dinner drinks.
Located between the rim-flow pool and beach, Kannel restaurant is a stylish and relaxed venue. Open for lunch and dinner, the kitchen serves up a fushion of Creole cuisine and intercontinental dishes, with a superb selection of fresh seafood. Dress is smart-casual (no beachwear), and the children’s menu includes a popular range of pizzas.

Kannel Bar is an informal, indoor-outdoor setting for snacks, light lunches and a refreshing range of cocktails and fruit juices. This is a delightful spot to retreat from the midday heat or enjoy sundowners before dinner.

Rooms

Overlooking the Indian Ocean and lush tropical Seychellois forest, the Ocean View Villas are tranquil sanctuaries with the charming decor of a private home. The palette is soft and neutral and features finishes in natural, polished wood.

The floor-to-ceiling glass-walled front takes full advantage of the views, creating a seamless relationship between the paradise outdoors and the tranquil interior.
In the restful bedroom, a king-size bed faces out onto a large timber deck with a private, infinity plunge pool and outdoor shower.

The bathroom has both an indoor shower and a gorgeous tub set against the glass wall to ensure your relaxing soak has a heavenly view. The suite conveniently has both a separate dressing room and a private WC with bidet.
