Fairlawns boutique hotel and spa have entirely decorated the dining areas to provide a smart and casual ambiance. The hotel offers three different dining restaurants apart from the private dining area including, the enchanting and romantic Amuse-Bouche Food & Wine, a casual yet contemporary dining at Manor House Bistro and signature Muse Champagne Room by Perrier-Jouët.

The hotel consists of 6 different types of rooms for the guests to select their accommodation according to their needs. The rooms include 20 Grand Chateau Suites, 12 Courtyard Suites, Villa Suites, Tree House Studio, Maison Spa Suite, and Villa Moji. All the six types of suites offer exclusive and unique interiors, crisp beddings, en-suite bathroom facilities and exclusive waterfall showers. While few suites offer a private dining room, graceful gardens for an afternoon stroll, private kitchens, fireplaces and a private patio.

The 12 individually decorated Classic Courtyard Suites feature high ceilings, lush fabrics and elegant furniture. These suites also feature a working fireplace for those chilly nights, and have fitting names such as The African, The Windsor and the romantic Honeymoon Suite which boasts a romantic canopied bed.
The Courtyard Suites have en suite bathrooms with bidets, marble vanities, large separate showers, and baths.
The 84sqm Villa Suites have been individually designed to reflect an element of South African history, honouring distinctive figures such as Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi in a stylish manner.
Suites feature a balcony or oak-shaded terrace, as well as working fireplace. In addition, the en suite bathrooms are equipped with double basins, bidets, a separate shower and jet bath, towel warmers, and under-floor heating. Some of the suites feature guest cloakrooms and separate lounges.
The Presidential Residence is the crème de la crème of Fairlawns, and offers 240sqm of luxury specifically designed for dignitaries, celebrities and other sophisticated travellers.
The European-style villa boasts three private bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a 4-poster bed, working fireplace, French doors leading onto a balcony with sweeping views of the gardens and pool area, a walk-in dressing room, steam shower, and a Jacuzzi.
