Dining

The à la carte du jour at Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse changes each evening according to the season along with the availability of local products. Dishes are cooked by award-winning chefs who go to extreme lengths in order to leave a memorable taste experience. Dinner is an impressive seven-course affair which is served in the huge dining room with mesmerizing views of the High moor Dam and Drakensberg Mountain range. You have the option to pair the meal with a premier South African wine which has been selected from the well stocked underground wine cellar. Breakfast at Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse is anything but boring; expect three delicious and exciting courses, while lunch can be arranged on request, and usually takes the form of a packed picnic basket.

The five sophisticated Standard Rooms are located close to the Main House and oversee the dam. The cozy and charming rooms feature an open plan sitting area and en-suite bathroom.

Executive Cottage

The two Executive Cottages are separate units with their own secluded veranda overseeing the nearby wetland and mountains. Expansive, open plan and attractively decorated, the executive cottages are amazing for those traveling with families.

Luxury Suite with fireplace

The three Luxury Suites have their very own glassed verandas with gorgeous mountain and garden views, while the Executive Suite joins two Luxury Suites together and has its own secluded lounge with a fireplace, in addition to great views of the adjacent mountains.
