Designed by a renowned team of architects, the lodge sits in an imposing forest on the riverbed of the Luangwa River. The Chinzombo villas seem to float above the ground, immersed in the forest vault, with breathtaking views of the river.

Dining

As the temperature rises in the middle of the morning, return to the shade of the field for a rich brunch on the terrace. With a sparkling breeze rustling the leaves above, relax in the pool or take a nap on your private lanai, wake up in the late afternoon for tea.

After the afternoon safari, the evenings are dedicated to cocktails, hippo serenades and the friendly conversation by the roaring fire. Dinner is served in soft candlelight on fresh linen. Add an excellent wine list and wild African night symphony and you will find some of the best gastronomic experiences on the safari.

Villa

Six luxurious villas are embedded in the tree-line that overlooks the river and the forest. Each is designed with a keen eye for detail and flow – the open porch and outdoor shower blends perfectly into the interiors thanks to a generous amount of windows.

Extensive bathrooms have wonderful showers and soaking tubs, while the private deck pool provides a quiet place to cool off in the light of day. The rooms are ventilated thanks to an innovative and eco-friendly design that ensures a fresh and peaceful night.

One of the villas has an extended design that allows for family use and sleeps up to five people.
