- Chobe National Park
The second largest safari park in Botswana, Chobe, is located in the north of the country and is 4,517 square miles, and is divided into 4 distinct regions. The park boasts the river frontage along with deltas and teak forest.
- Makgadikgadi Salt Pans
The Makgadikgadi Salt Pans are situated in the north of the country and are amongst the biggest salt flats found on earth, covering six thousand and three hundred square miles (16,000km²) of Kalahari basin. During the yearly rains, the pans turn into the source of fresh water and grass for migrant wildlife, particularly the huge wildebeest and zebra crowds which move throughout the area.
- Moremi Wildlife Reserve
A delightful way to see the enchantments of the Delta is through a canoe ride which is poled through the watercourses by skilled guides. Adventure lovers can also choose to stay in one of the four serviced campgrounds in the reserve.
