  • We stayed on the edge of the Crocodile River. Lodge is really comfortable and the fact that there is a cleaning service everyday makes it even nicer. It is close to the Kruger National Park which is the best reason for me to stay in this lodge. It is also close to Malelane if you need to do some shopping. You have your own pool or you can swim in the communal pool. Night drives, day excursions in the Game Reserve is available. I can recommend this place anytime! • We stayed at Mjejane last year, the units are beautiful. I'm not much of a bush person but it's luxury in the heart of the bush. The balcony overlooks the river and we often saw animals from our room. The units are clean, very big, and comfortable. The game drives are great, and the hotel area with the pool is very relaxing. We had 5 worthogs living under our deck which was fantastic to see! We will be returning. Stayed June 2015, travelled with family

Activities

When you book a Mpumalanga safari holiday at Mjejane River Lodge, expect to see Big Five game on daily safaris and perhaps even track some wildlife on foot. But that isn't all that's available to you. There are 3 golf courses to experience nearby as well as many historical sites and scenic routes to explore. You might even want to ride an elephant – or even venture across the border into a neighboring nation. There's never a dull moment.

Stargazing

The majority of people who live in cities are unable to observe the beauty of the night sky because light pollution prohibits any form of star-gazing. Naturally then, one of the highlights for many of our guests is a chance to observe the unobstructed splendour of the Milky Way.
